VAUTID deposition welding materials, the fast and efficient onsite wear problem solution

VAUTID deposition welding materials are available in f many different material specifications:
Hardfacing welding materials, rust-free auxiliary welding materials, auxiliary repairwelding materials, special materials.
They are available as rod electrodes or cored wire electrodes.

Many different wear problems can be solved efficiently and quickly onsite with VAUTID deposition welding materials.

Typical applications for VAUTID deposition welding materials are coating of mixing tools, hardfacing excavator teeth, powder deposition welding of fan blades, and the hardfacing of equipment such as bucket chain excavators and breaking stars for sintering plants.

Electrodes friendly to the environment

The smoke resulting from welding is injurious to health of the welder depending on composition, concentration and exposition time.
VAUTID offers rod electrodes for hardfacing which produce only 25 % of the emission rate compared to others.

VAUTID Innovations Hardfacing Materials

VAUTID 149 Everlast

New development of a hardfacing material as cored wire that produces a wear-resistant weld deposit with high hardness at high temperatures up to 850°C.
Hardness of pure welding deposit: 70 HRC.

VAUTID Allstar

New development of a hardfacing material as cored wire and rod electrode and of a compound plate fo high abrasion and moderate temperatures. They are very resistant on abrasion and offer good resistance to scaling. Hardness of the pure welding deposit: 70 HRC.

VAUTID 148 Oil&Gas

New development of a hardfacing material against impact, abrasion, corrosion. The hardfaced material is absolutely without cracks and therefore especially suitable for the use in the petrochemistry.
