VAUTID has reorganized its Management Structure

Dr. Thomas Kraemer-Wasserka, shareholder and single managing director of VAUTID GmbH and the VAUTID Group, has resigned from his position as managing director for health reasons.

He will become a member of the advisory board.

Mr. Hans Elmar Kessler as successor of Dr. Kraemer-Wasserka took over his duties on February 15th, 2010.

Mr. Kessler, 45 years of age, MBA with a technical background could gather a sound experience in Vautids industry. He worked previously for the ESCO Corp in Europe as its Sales Director and later he became the Managing Director of the Titan Intertractor GmbH in Germany and the USA.

Both companies are well known suppliers for most of Vautids customers as well.

Until March 31st, 2010 Dr. Thomas Kraemer-Wasserka will be available for a handing over period for the new managing director to take over his operational functions within the company.
