In 1993 VAUTID was one of the first companies to gain ISO 9002 accreditation, and went on to win ISO 9001 certification in 1996. This provided independent verification that VAUTID deposition welding materials, VAUTID composite wear plates and VAUTID chilled iron were all produced in accordance with strict quality assurance rules. Our organisation complies in full with the regulations, both technically and commercially.
All raw materials processed by us, from the first step of every production job, are carefully checked. There are precise instructions governing the release to production of all major raw materials.
All products manufactured in our various locations undergo equally stringent testing, in accordance with ISO 9001 rules. Products are only released if they meet the high standards of our QA regime.
